Unseamly lets you upload images and make them seamless. You buy credits to use the service. Each seamless image generation costs credits.
You must own the copyright or have permission to use any images you upload. You must not upload anything illegal, offensive, or that infringes on others' rights. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate this.
Credits are purchased through Stripe and are non-transferable. Credits do not expire as long as the service operates. If we cease trading, unused credits cannot be refunded. Credits have no cash value.
All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in USD. Credits are non-refundable once purchased. If a technical error prevents you from using purchased credits, contact us for a resolution.
We provide the service "as is" without guarantees of uptime or availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
You retain all rights to images you upload. You own the seamless images generated from your uploads. We do not claim any rights to your content or results.
We store uploaded images temporarily to process them. We do not share your images with third parties. We collect minimal personal data (email for account management).
You may not: use the service for illegal purposes, attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the service, use automated tools to abuse the service, or resell or redistribute our service.
We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the last 30 days.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service means you accept any changes.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violating these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
